What for
The focus of this Work Package (WP) is on communication and dissemination tasks led by SHIFT. To promote the Alpha Skills project on national and international levels and to ensure that teachers, educators, and youth workers in Belgium, Italy, and Romania, as well as across the EU, are aware of the project’s goals, benefits, and access to the developed tools and methodologies. The ultimate aim is to establish Alpha Skills as a go-to resource for career guidance, talent development, and green skills materials for educators.
How
By developing communication outputs and helding activities targeted at teachers, educators, and youth workers, with the involvement of young people in sharing their experiences, such as local open days, workshops, webinars, etc., to promote the project within their regions.
Outcome
The communication outputs will include:
- Basic branding actions such as brochures, posters, and press-kits to create brand awareness for the project.
- A user-generated campaign (UGC) involving students, teachers, and educators in promoting the project results from their perspectives.
- A social platform to support educational training, which may include utilizing Google Classroom and other tools for educational content delivery.
- “Podcasts from the future,” where youngsters speculate on future job trends and provide feedback on the project’s activities. These user-generated contents can be used in social media and campaigns.
- Development of short videos for self-training and tutorials to facilitate hands-on learning.
- A project website featuring results, tools, user research, and a digital version of the Guidebook. Each partner will provide a link to this website on their respective sites.
An international event in Romania will be planned at the end of the project, inviting all partners to showcase the outcomes and impact of the project.
